Akhona Mgabile joined Metropolitan as an intern in the Retentions department at our head office after he completed his studies towards a National Diploma in Business Management. He was offered a permanent position eight months into his 12-month internship.

Laura’s role is a collaborative one. She works hand in hand with technical writers, research analysts, and developers to create innovative solutions that deliver a user experience that serves the client. Her journey with Metropolitan started 17 years ago when she joined the company as a graphic designer.
